And then their is a logo, when the time is right its a good idea to go to someone who is

trained in this.


I know a local collision repair shop that says "We're the nicest people you'll meet by accident" but to maintain that reputation,

each employee has to follow through.


I've heard it said your brand is what others say about you to their friends.
