(1) INTRODUCTION A&A Socks Ltd. is a private limited Company registered with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms in the year2014 and which start its commercial production from first February, 2015. It’s a leading manufacturer and supplier ofsports and everyday comfort socks. We manufacture for top brands and chains worldwide. We offer services thatexceed customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and reliable on-time delivery. Since our aim is to be themost reliable manufacturer and supplier, we want to establish long term associations with our clients in an honest,ethical, and transparent transaction. We design and develop new styles that will emerge as outstanding products. A & ASocks Limited is a socks manufacturer, Exporter and supplier. (2) PRODUCT AND SERVICES We have been producing all kinds of plain, terry, socks containing any design and pattern high quality socks with highemphasis to the quality control, commitment & competitive price and been exporting to Europe, USA & Canada. Ourfashion socks are unisex-socks for men, women and child. Our Company is also manufacture socks in different style &pattern according to the buyer’s requirement. We are special for manufacturing all types of Socks such as Plain, Rib,Tennis/Terry, Jacquard, Knee High, Half cushion, Ankle, 3D socks. Our focus on Total Quality Management, trainings atall levels and good teamwork are our basic foundation of manufacturing world-class products. We create variations thatcan give our customers a lot of choices to choose from. (3) MACHINERIESWe have 45nos single cylinder dram less KTM Brand knitting machine imported from KTM Co. Ltd, South Korea rangingfrom 72 to 168 needles. Other specification are Drum less, fully electronic control system, Italian DEIMO 32-bitcontroller, 1 main feeder + 5 pattern feeders, Possibility 16 colors including 1 ground color on same course, The mostefficient reciprocated knitting for true heel & toe, Multiple stop motion sensors in case of error, Automatic oil checkingdevice, Pattern, chain and jacquard program can be modified at keyboard and then downloaded to disk for storage,Screen readout of causes of machine stoppage. Moreover, we are able to incorporate;

(i) Unlimited patterning for socks of all sizes.

(ii) 8 patterns of different types are available for one sock.

(iii) 256 colors available with BMP format.

We have two 100% automatic Boarding Machine/Setting Machine for excellent finishing of the socks with steam Chamber.

Standby GeneratorWe have enough power backup for uninterrupted production through stand by generator.

METAL DETECTOR MACHINEA & A Socks Limited has introduced lock systems which is a metal detector for checking broken metal parts by passingeach and every sock after knitting and linking through conveyor belt of metal detector. The UK origin machine is mostmodern and high sensitivity which can able to detect 1mm diameter of metal parts by ringing buzzer during detectionprocess.

(4) HUMAN RESOURCESWe have appointed experienced high skilled technical staffs who are experienced in socks production. To meet buyer’squality requirements we have appointed skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled Labor in the production line. (6) RAW MATERIALSA&A Socks Limited can be created from a wide variety of materials. Some of these materials are Cotton, Coolmax,Viscose, Woolyarn,Polyyarn,Nylon, Acrylic,Polyester, Olefin, Polypropylene, Lycra or Spandex to get an increased level of softnessto the socks.Other materials that might be used during the process of making high quality socks i.e silk, linen, cashmere, mohair. The color variety of socks choices can be any color that the designers intend to make the quality socks upon its creation. Raw materials are being imported from Taiwan, Korea, India, Pakistan and China.

(7) PRODUCTION CAPACITY
