Trend spaces, created in collaboration with American and French artists, were very success- ful in presenting pieces of the collections in a dif- ferent way and gave the room a thrilling pace. This season, the POP UP SHOP, entitled Playtime Loves Japan which was open to the public, generated $5,231 in cash and an additio- nal $20,000 in merchandise donations to K.I.D.S (Kids in Distressed Situations) Japan Earthquake Relief. Following success in New York – and in Paris were nearly 31,500 euros was raised for Kids Saver, Bonyu Kensa Network and Save The Children Japan – Playtime Loves Japan now moves on Tokyo. For its next edition in March, 2012, Playtime New York is about to grow from 55 to 90 collections, always with the same demand and desire to enable its visitors to experience a quality offer in an exceptional environment. After the huge success of its 10th edition with an exceptional increase in attendance of 45.3% compared to the equivalent show in July 2010, Playtime Paris 2011 was a dynamic edition without equal in Europe and will keep expanding its offer.The next edition, January 28-30, 2012, will be held at the Parc Floral de Paris with one of the worlds’ most international selections of over 400 brands.

Playtime Tokyo is now the largest children’s and maternity fashion trade show in Japan. The next edition will be held from August 23 to 25, 2011 at Belle Salle Shibuya First.In spite of the recent events in Japan, 100 Japanese and Interna-tional brands will be present at the show, a number that is equivalent to the previous edition.
