Tricks That Will Energize You All Day Ever wonder how to get more energy without taking pills or anything

harmful to your body? It can get so annoying knowing the day barely

passed and you’re all tired, drowsy and it feels like you’re wearing

intense ankle weights every step of the way. Can you relate to this? It

happens to all of us…yes, even me. That’s exactly why I decided to write

about it today.

In today’s post, you’ll learn how to get more energy with 3 tricks (Does

NOT involve ingesting anything).

How To Get More Energy – Learn The 3 Tricks

Trick #1 Identify The Energy Givers And The Energy Suckers

This step is simple. The projected outcome here is to have a piece of

paper and on the left side, all the energy givers are written, while on the

right side, all the energy suckers are written. It’s pretty much like writing

every single thing that you love and don’t love doing because in the

end, it all boils down to that.

Deep down in your subconscious mind, if you love something, you’ll

naturally have the energy and drive to do it. It’s never a drag to do

something you love, wouldn’t you agree? That’s why I’ve got so much

energy to do what I do because I love it! I work online from home or any

place in the world that has internet. (You might love it too. Anyone can do

Anyways, back to trick #1. If you want to know how to get more energy,

you need to know what gives you more of it and what drains you out of

it. That covers everything from places you go to, people you see, food

you eat, activities you’re involved in and even certain habits (Click here

I’m sure a lot of people would be writing this on their “Energy

Drainers”…working a 9 to 5. I’m not surprised. It’s not anyone’s fault as

well. People need to do what they do in order to make a living, right?

Well, here’s the thing, there are other ways to make money. In this case,

time to yourself which means you spend your time as you wish and a

more time on the things you love because it makes you feel alive. That’s

how you get more energy. Make it a point to spend more of your time

daily on the things that make you feel like a little kid dancing and

prancing around like crazy.

spending time with my family and friends. No matter how busy and

hectic things get, I make sure to it that I get to do a few things that I love

within that day. Doing what I love helps me relax my mind, focus and

way more energized. It does the same for everyone. We all love

different things so it’s important you know what you love and spend

more time on it. One thing that you can start with now which is a

proven energy drainer is spend less time with technology and social

media. Yes, drop the phone, get out and enjoy life. Call a friend, eat

healthy, meditate, workout, whatever it is that makes you happy…do it.

Trick #3 Set Boundaries For Energy Drainers — Or Cut It Out Of Your

Life

Ok so I probably scared you a bit there. No more Facebook? How about

my likes? I didn’t say you cut it off completely. I meant to spend less

time on it. For some activities that are proven to drain energy, like

watching the damn news all day seeing suits argue their hairlines away,

you can simply cut it off. There’s no use for bad energy or bad news in

your life. Focus more on absorbing positive energy from people who

embrace positive energy.

Here’s a good tip:

“Choose one or two things to change to clean up your use of time. It could

be that you increase your time spent doing the things you love by 1 hour a

week or that you decide to ‘outsource’ some activities like cleaning or iron if

resources allow. Could you streamline you time better by working with

others? Many of my friends team up with other parents to do the school

drop off/ various club pick ups – this saves everyone a lot of time and

It will feel amazing just taking time off or even cutting off things that

make us unproductive. That’s the best way on how to get more energy.

Believe me, you’ll love it. Remember, we only got one shot at life. It’s

our duty and responsibility to make a difference, to fulfill our purpose

and to take care of ourselves. That won’t happen if we’re home all day

watching Duck Dynasty or Keeping Up With The Kardashians. 2016 just

started and it’s an opportunity to start strong and welcome joy, peace,

health and prosperity into our lives. You guys ready?
