These fluctuations cause oil to be excreted through the paws of the skin resulting in acne.Diet however does affect acne to some degree, with food high in fat and sugar providing the body ingredients to produce this oil. However, a well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables will assist with your skin's acne condition and general health.
