tried many expensive options right from face packs,
treatments, and creams, but these options only give you
temporary or no results.
The best way to get a glowing skin is to go natural. There is
nothing better than the juice of fresh fruits and vegetables
that bring out the glow and radiance in your face. Juices of
fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and nutrients
that are required by the body to flush out toxins and
cleaning your body from inside resulting in clear and
healthy skin.
Below are some juices and smoothies that help in skin
rejuvenation and to give you beautiful glowing skin.

Beetroot and Carrot Juice
• 1 beetroot
• 1/2 carrot
• Half inch of ginger
Peel them and cut them into small pieces. Blend these ingredients to a smoothie consistency. You can add few leaves of mint for taste. Drink this juice on empty stomach every day.
The juice works as an antioxidant that maintains a healthy glow, slows ageing and prevents cell degeneration.
Pineapple, Cucumber and Apple Juice
• Few slices of Pineapple
• Half an Apple
• 1/2 Cucumber
Add these ingredients to a blender
and blend it. Drink this juice every

purifies the skin, aids in digestion,
calms inflammation caused because of
acne and promotes good skin.
Cucumber and Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 Cucumber
• 1/2 Green Apple
• Few slices of Pineapple
• 1/2 inch of Ginger
Cut them and blend it. Drink this
juice every day to get a healthy skin.
The juice will rejuvenate your skin.
Cucumber and Carrot Juice
• 2 Carrots
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Apple
• 1 Celery Stalk
Cut the ingredients and mix them in a
blender. Add a dash of lime for taste
and drink it every day to keep your
skin smooth and fresh.
By drinking this juice you will see a
reduction in wrinkles.
Strawberry and Beetroot Juice
• 1/2 cup of strawberries
• 1/2 cup of beetroot
• Few leaves of lettuce
Wash the vegetables and fruits. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend them to make a smoothie. Add in water if you want a thinner consistency. Drink this juice every day for younger looking skin this season.
The juice will make your skin look fresh and will also brighten it.
Mango, Cucumber and Spinach Smoothie
• ½ Cup Mango
• 1 Cucumber
• Handful Spinach
Peel the cucumber along with the mango, mash the flesh of the ripe mango and also chop off the spinach and mix it all in a food processor. Pour it in a tall glass and enjoy it.
Mangoes have antioxidants which reduce pigmentation, skin tan and age spots, and all signs of skin aging. Cucumber improves skin complexion and removes freckles while spinach detoxes the system and helps in purification of blood, thus reduction in the breaking out of pimples and acne.
Cantaloupes (Musk Melon), Carrots and Celery Smoothie
• 3 to 4 Slices Cantaloupe
• 3 Carrots
• 2 Celery Stalk
Chop the celery and cut the cantaloupes and carrots into medium in size cubes and mix it all in a food processor along with ½ cup of water.
Cantaloupes help in the maintenance of the youthful elasticity of the skin has and keeps it soft. It also helps in skin regeneration while the Vitamin C in the fruit increases the production of collagen which has anti-aging properties. Vitamin A and C content in carrots reduce the formation of wrinkles and fine lines along with correcting unequal skin tone. Celery is good for removal of toxins.
Lettuce, Mint and Cucumber Smoothie
• 3 Cucumbers
• 1 small head Romaine Lettuce
• A handful Mint leaves
• 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Chop the cucumber after peeling it and mix it in a food processor along with lettuce and mint leaves adding ½ cup of water. After blending it well add the lemon juice and pour it in a tall glass and enjoy with ice cubes.
Mint cleanses the skin and reduces the breaking out of pimples and acne. Lettuce improves the oxygen circulation inside the skin and supplies it to the cells. The smoothie improves skin complexion and keeps the skin soft.
Pear, Lemon and Cucumber Smoothie • 2 (large) Pears
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Lemon
Peel the pears and remove the seeds, then chop it in to medium size cubes and also chop the cucumber. Mix the cucumber and pear in a food processor and add the juice of lemon and blend. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
Pears control sugar spikes that damages collages, thus maintaining the youthfulness of the skin. It also keeps the skin texture smooth and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, freckles and age spots. Lemon juice keeps the skin radiant and glowing by removal of toxins, harmful chemicals and impurities from the blood.
Purple Vibrance
• 1/2 cup purple cabbage, chopped
• 1 cup purple grapes
• 1 cup arugula
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1 lemon
• 1 red apple
Wash all ingredients
Run all ingredients through a juicer
and enjoy.
The juice helps to smooth skin lines.
Vitamin C Juice
• 1 whole head broccoli
• 2 oranges, minus the peels
• 1 large apple
Blend all the ingredients together in a
blender. Serve.
Broccoli and Oranges are rich in

for skin care.
Youthful Skin Juice
• 2 kiwi fruit
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 apple
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 glass of green tea (chilled)
• a handful of basil
Mix and blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
The green juice keeps the skin line free and supple. It works as an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory juice.
Peach Blushing Beauty
• 1 large cucumber
• 2 large peaches, pitted
• 3 cups strawberries
• 2 tablespoons basil leaves, tightly packed
Wash and prep all ingredients.
Juice all ingredients.
You can substitute berries, like blackberries or raspberries, for the strawberries.
The juice helps in cell repair and fights free radicals.
Glowing Skin Detox Juice
• 2 small sweet apples
• 1/2 large cucumber
• 1/2 small lime
• 2 handfuls of kale (or spinach,
chards, collard greens, etc.)
• 2 handfuls of parsley
Add apple, cucumber, lime, kale and
parsley to your juicer.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Small glass of orange juice. Porridge with fruits or blueberries.

musk melon and 200ml orange juice). 1 slice of whole meal toast spread
with butter or margarine and peanut butter.

Small glass of fruit juice. Muesli - soak 3 tbsp of sugar-free muesli in milk
overnight - next morning add grated apple, sliced strawberries, and honey
to taste.
