looks like?• What can I do to help?

• Aka “Lead with Bravery”– Embrace Responsibility– Own up to mistakes and

share your lessons learned.– Step up and take on new

responsibilities.– Get results.– Ask the tough questions.

•“Lead By Answering Why”•When you answer the Why questions, people gravitate to you for insight.•Answering the Why will help to influence and inspire others.

“Lead With Enthusiasm”•Emotions are Contagious.• Do you complain? Are you a

victim?• Are you flying under the

radar?

•We are drawn to passionate people that believe in what they do.• Even without Authority you

can raise the energy in the group and rally your region to a shared vision.
