DESCRIPTION
Successful businesses are now asking their staff to come up with new ideas, innovation and better ways of doing things. The trouble is, most people have been successful at school and work by doing what they're told. We're killing creativity in our kids, and in our teams. The school system was setup for a different time, the Industrial Revolution. Now we need people that can disrupt and challenge as much as we need people that can do what they're told. Now more than ever, we need people playing to their strengths, not playing by all the rules.
