About Course Trainer

S Ravi Shankar the Managing Partner of Lawsenate law Firm based

in New Delhi is a qualified Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India, with more than 21 years of Experience in the field of law. He is holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration along with a bachelor’s degree in Law. He has a strong International exposure and hence travelled to 41 countries across the world on various assignments. Being a corporate lawyer, he has strong experience in Arbitration, Litigation and other corporate legal work.

Mr. S Ravi Shankar is holding MBA degree from one of the top Business Schools of India, Thiagarajar School of Management. He did his LLB Degree in the famous Bangalore University. He also is holding a Degree in Science and Mathematics from Madurai University.

Mr. S Ravi Shankar is a Supreme Court Lawyer handling corporate maters & has a strong experience in handling, Civil cases, contract matters, Income tax cases, Sales tax cases, Export cases, contract cases, Writ Petitions, Mining cases, Arbitration Appeals, Trade Mark cases, Consumer Appeals, Criminal appeal cases, Matrimonial cases, Service and labour cases, Mining law related cases etc., in the Supreme Court of India.

Mr. S Ravi Shankar is an Expert in Arbitration cases and related litigation he has appeared in various High value Arbitration cases before various Arbitration Panels with International Arbitrators, Judges and other reputed Arbitrators. He has appeared in High value Construction, Export disputes, Shipping, Infrastructure, Airports arbitrations etc., involving Indian and Foreign Jurisdictions. He has also appeared for parties in the Arbitrations conducted under ICC Rules of Arbitrations. Mr. S Ravi Shankar is a Corporate Lawyer, he has helped the parties to high value contracts to settle their contracts and agreements. He also takes part in negotiation of contracts between parties from different countries to ensure the binding nature of the contracts as per Indian laws.
