§ 301A public servant should avoid conflicts of interest based on financial interests.
§ 302A public servant should act impartially and ensure the appearance of acting impartially.
§ 303Public servants may not use public office for their private benefit
§ 311. Prohibition on Financial Conflicts of Interest Except as provided in § 314 (waivers), a public servant shall not participate substantially in any particular matter that he or she knows is likely to have a direct and predictable effect on a financial interest of the public servant or of a person affiliated with the public servant. . . .
