Instructions

1. Cancel Sales

Order Management > Shipping Management

Select order that you would like to cancel

Cancel the order by click on Cancel Sales button

with buyer's consent when the shipping is

unavailable for sold out etc.

Fill in the information as requested.

Notes:

1. Sales cancelation batch process available for

order in status of “Paid" and "Shipping in

Progress.“

2. Notification for cancelation of sales will send to

buyer via e-mail and SMS.

3. Cancelation unavailable when refund amount is

less than RM 0.
