TERRABELLA is aligned with some of the finest architects in the world. Our top architect

has more than 40 years experience. In 1978, he started his architect's firm in Munich. His

first of many successes and awards started with his plans and critiques on urban design

concepts for Munich, which formed the basis for the exhibition "Designs for Munich",

shown in 1987 at the Deutsches Architekturzentrum (German Centre for Architecture) in

Frankfurt/Main.

As an advisor to the City of Dresden from 1991-1993, he designed the master plan for the

reconstruction of the historic city centre of Dresden.

After the completion of his first projects in Munich and

Dresden, He won two international competitions. He is

awarded the first prize for the Pinakothek der Moderne

in Munich and the first prize for a new parliamentary

building for the German Bundestag in Berlin.

With 20+ years as a construction cost estimator, Mr. Barbeiro has served as a Cost

Control Manager over projects valued at $550,000,000. His expertise is in cost

estimating, man-power projections, progress assessments, and change order

management.

Prior to joining TERRABELLA, he served as the Corporate Construction Manager

for a Fortune 500 company in the Silicon Valley and as the Senior Building Cost

Manager for the 76th

largest residential building contractor in the United States.

Mr. Barbeiro holds degrees from Boise State University and California State

GEOFFREY LAURIN

Forensic Building Analyst

Construction Defect Assessments and Expert Legal Witness, Mr. Laurin provides

the greatest of knowledge in the most profitable of defect remediation. In the last 5

years alone, he has reported on over 600 large-scale assembly defects, with repairs

on single investigations approaching $ 3,000,000 and on homes exceeding 24,000 sf

in size.

He has been called in on many fire-loss cases where he was able to detect original

construction flaws that lead to or worsened the actual fire damage.

A seasoned, results-producing management professional with experience steering

and directing all aspects of operation, administration, budgeting, and construction

management. Success managing multiple projects with competing priorities

involving schedule program development, safety initiatives, and quality control.

Mr. Bockie‟s effectively collaborated with city jurisdictions, architects, and

management personnel to achieve organizational objectives. Proficient in delivering
