Russell Sergent knew at a young age that he wanted to be his own boss. As soon as he graduated from high school, he opened his first business, Pro-Source Distributors. His entrepreneurial spirit continued to grow and in 1997 he embarked on his next business venture, opening Pro-Source Xtreme Parts and Accessories, a store supplying snowmobile parts, gear, and accessories. In 2000, he shifted gears and purchased a Quiznos franchise in Rockland, IL. Sergent dedicated himself with his usual passion to his newest venture and today each of the businesses thrive under his leadership.

Russell Sergent began his career in the restaurant industry in 2000 when he purchased a Quiznos franchise in Rockland, IL. He had already found success as the owner of several other local businesses, but when the opportunity to purchase the Quiznos arose, he knew he was ready for another challenge.
