How to Connect your Gmail account with MS Outlook
This presentation will show you how to connect your Gmail account with MS outlook that you
could access all your Gmail from Outlook Express. Follow the steps and employ in your Gmail and PC.
First Login your Gmail Account you want to connect
Click the gear icon and then click Settings
Then click “Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Click the radio button “Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on”
Click “Save Changes”
Click “Tools”
Click “Mail Setup” Tab
Click the “New” button
Click “Next”
Type your name, email address, password and confirm the password
Click Next
Success message will appear and then click Finish
Watch, your Gmail is connected with outlook and listed in the email list
Click OK
Same Mail Comes to Gmail and Outlook Express
Look at the mail which also received in MS outlook
So you could access all your Gmail offline in outlook express. Outlook
is also working as the backup of your Gmail account.
