Through counseling, I believe that we can achieve the most benefit when we are encouraged to express ourselves, understand our emotions and behaviors, and develop viable methods to cope with and thrive in our environment.

I approach counseling through a Person-Centered Approach, which recognizes that you are an individual with a unique history, strengths and potential. You are part of determining the theme of each session. I also utilize a Cognitive-Behavioral Approach and will work with you to identify patterns and develop realistic solutions to issues.
