“For the past decade or so I have been taking part as one of the organisers of this congress. What makes this congress stand out above similar events is the eminent speaker panel, who will address many of the issues that you confront in your daily working life”

Dr Mansour Al-Zarouni, Consultant Medical & Molecular Microbiologist, Head of Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Sharjah, UAE

With the growth of the medical sector and the rapid development of healthcare facilities in the region, the demand for patient safety and infection control products and services are at an all-time high. The exhibition will provide a chance for companies, both regionally and internationally, to present their latest technologies and services with the goal of increasing patient safety and ensuring maximum quality control.

Alongside the exhibition, the congress will offer five accredited conference streams that will focus on addressing current challenges within patient safety for leadership, front line staff and clinicians in the areas of reducing errors, infection control, wound care and improving patient outcomes.

In order to ensure value-based care leading to the best patient outcome, healthcare facilities need to collaborate as a team to develop an infrastructure that promotes patient safety.
