1. Gently cleanse your skin.

Use a cleanser according to your skin type. Buy cleansers specifically for oily skin if you have oily skin and cleansers for normal to dry skin if that is your skin type. Juice, soda, caffeinated drinks and alcoholic beverages can contribute, but these should not be a major portion of your daily total fluid intake. Water is still your best bet because it's calorie-free, inexpensive and readily available.

To eat: Salmon, walnuts, tuna, anchovies, sardines, spinach, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, prunes, raisins, kale, pumpkin seeds.

A great workout improves blood circulation and sends more oxygen and nutrients through your bloodstream. Hence, it gives glow to your skin. Exercise also promotes toxin removal from your body.
