“Thank You Thursday”AWESOMENESS ONE DAY AT A TIME!
Thank You Thursday This simple Exercise and Practice is a method of engaging and using the inner
strength of Gratitude
Gratitude can be practiced any day (In this case, Thursday)
DIRECTIONS: THANK TWO PEOPLE EACH AND EVERY THURSDAY FOR SOMETHING THEY HAVE DONE
FOR YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW, OR THE WORLD!……THAT’S IT, ONE EASY STEP.
Some Suggestions for use
People thanked may be anyone (Ideally Alive but its fine if they have passed)
The best chance of a meaningful “Thank You” is to make it conscious and direct.
You don’t have to stop after saying it to 2 people. It’s alright to keep going!
It’s helpful to be a bit animated, a little emotion can help make the message more
memorable.
A good way to develop this into a practice is as soon as you awaken
each morning, think and say a few things you are grateful for.
The more you use and express gratitude, the more your life can change in a positive way.
Pass this practice on to someone you meet and/or know. A great way to start is to simply say “ Happy Thank You Thursday” and If they are curious you can tell them what it’s all about .
Go ahead be proud and Thankful!
Remember, It’s Never Too Late to Say “Thank You”
