Our Caregivers

• Senior Helpers hires our caregivers based on their professionalism, enthusiasm and compassion for seniors.

• After a full and thorough screening, we train, bond and insure each one.

• We match our caregivers' experience, skill set and personality to your loved one’s needs.


Caregiver Training

• We have developed a first-rate training program called Senior Helpers University. We believe quality and consistent training for our caregivers will enhance their job performance, help them deliver outstanding care, and ultimately lead to an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

• We believe in the importance of training our caregivers and rewarding them for their achievements. We provide incentives for our caregivers who achieve certification, as we know that will directly translate to an improved quality of life for our clients.


Our Process

• Initial Assessment Overview: We'll discuss your loved one's specific needs, as well as share information about our professional caregivers and our services.

• Client Care Visit: After the initial assessment interview, if necessary, our Director of Client Care will meet with you to conduct a full assessment and design a personal care plan just for your loved one.

• Caregiver Selection & Care Plan Design: We'll work to select one of our professional caregivers who's a perfect fit for your loved one. We "catalogue" our caregivers' experience, skill set and personality type and use that information to ensure a compatible match.


Our Process

• Service Implementation: Once we have found a good caregiver match, services will commence (usually within a few days of the initial assessment). A representative from Senior Helpers will contact you to confirm the caregiver, care plan and service start date.

• On-Going Support: We have experienced and dedicated office staff that understand how to deliver quality and compassionate care. Our Director of Client Care oversees our companion and licensed aides, and visits your loved one on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the Care Plan. If there is an emergency or scheduling issue, we have someone on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
