Virtual Reality Guided Imagery Activity

In 15 minutes, identify the things that you Love, you are Best at, and your Irritants

List the things you Love, you are Best at, and your Irritants in a whole sheet of paper

Bring out your Johari’s Window tag and fill out the “You See” side base from the data that you gathered from VRGI Activity(gr)Arrange the chairs at the 4 sides of the room Wear the Johari’s Window Tag at the back, hold a pentel pen and assemble at the center of the room(green)For 10 minutes, roam around and fill out the “Others See” Side of the Johari’s Window Tag of your classmates
