Here is a list of tips that will help you slim down while you’re traveling:
STAY HYDRATEDFlying dehydrates your body more than you know! That’s why you're
tired, why you’re hungry, and why your head hurts. Drinking more water also helps prevent serious jet lag.
EAT WHOLE FOODSDon’t just go for the processed foods that most airports
or cities offer! Go grab yourself some nuts, seeds, vegetables, and

Practice engaging your muscles when you walk, scurry, or run through airports to catch your flight!
BRING YOUR OWN FOOD
Did you know that you can bring a salad, fruit, and other dryer foods from home – on the airplaine?!
KEEP TO A SCHEDULE
Just because you’re traveling and in different time zones – don’t forget to keep your eating schedule to help with digestion and keeping up with
your weight loss goals.
