Introducing Ursula and Hills Health & Chiropractic

Nolan: Hey guys, Nolan here from AIPT Castle Hill campus and BodSquad Training in Castle Hill. I’m here with the lovely Urse. Ursula!

Ursula: How are you doing?

Nolan: How are you doing?

Ursula: Good.

Nolan: So, Ursula’s from…?

Ursula: Hills Health & Chiropractic.

Nolan: And where is it, Urse?

Ursula: 7 Crane Road in Castle Hill. Just off Terminus Street.

What Can Ursula and Hills Health & Chiropractic Do for You?

Nolan: And Ursula is one of our awesome chiropractors. One of the experts that comes down here for AIPT and also I want to give a shout to any BodSquaders here who want some help or who are in a bit of pain. Ursula, what can you do for them?

Ursula: Definitely! So, what we do is postural assessment. We go through a whole assessment with you on your first consult and it’s really important to look at structure and function before we get the pain and symptoms. I’m not just waiting until you get the symptoms to seek care from there.

What Are the Usual Symptoms for People Who Work Out?

Nolan: And what sort of things do you see in a daily routine of, maybe, some of the people that exercise like with us at BodSquad? What sort of symptoms do you see so they can hear some warning bells and come see you?

Ursula:

Yep. So, I’m definitely looking at headaches, fatigue, increased stress, tightness through the muscles in terms of cramping or fatigue after a workout. A lot of people, we find, are tending to develop this sort of posture forward. So, what we start to see is lung capacity decreasing. We see forward head carriage. So, we want to help correct those and maintain those as well.

Nolan:

Ursula: Yep, to see them healthy and to keep them well.
