Software ways to stay safe

• If you repeatedly do the same action whilst on a computer you may pick up a repetitive strain injury i.e. left clicking the mouse over and over may damage your wrist so if software creators could add short cuts to prevent it then that is one way to stay safe from injury .

• If a user gets stressed out with the software then they may not use it again so the creator should install a help tab

Be organised, don’t be lazy, the more organised you are the less stress you have

Back ache Is where your back hurts

Have a comfy bed

Repetitive strain injury

If you're getting the same strain consistently that is repetitive strain injury

Get a comfy version of what is causingthe problem e.g. a comfier keyboard

Deep vain thrombosis

Where you're circulation becomes extremely poor especially in your legs they go green

Keep your legs active also you can get a foot rest for your feet also if your not fat then you’re less likely to get

Eye strain Your eyes hurt, vision can go blurry

Wear glasses.
