Our 12 week program offers flexibility to reschedule and suspend your sessions. If you ever miss a session, we will follow you up to reschedule, so this way you don’t miss out on a session you pay for! You can always attend any location and timeslot that suits your lifestyle.

We will ensure you stay on track with your training and fitness goals. After the initial 12 weeks, your membership is ongoing without any lock in contracts!
