#1 Don’t skip feedings!Babies like 5-6 mini servings per day
#2 Mother taught: Don’t you dare perform at her office, even if she did
not feed you before leaving !Tip: Eat breakfast before leaving home and never try to eat while driving to work.
Your day will have more Serenity!
#3 Don’t be afraid to ask to use the
bathroom
Tip: Continue water intake at ½ your body weight in ounces per day @ the rate of 4+
ounces per ½ hour. Never reduce water intake because it will
inconvenience you.
Healthy urination is about every 4 hours, not too strong,
pale yellow , but never “white”
or foamy
#4 Don’t stink up
your diapers
Tip: Detox often to ensure that you maintain healthy elimination: 2-3 x’s daily or one large movement in the A.
M.or P.M, that is almost odorless. Your stool should float
Bonus Tip: Fat is released in the stool
#5 Don’t eat with your fingers and grab your food
Tip: A healthy portion is a salad plate or sometimes even just a coffee cup saucer
size
#6 Momma always said, “One treat @ a
time”!
Tip: Your lifetime damage control
rule : Aim for one treat per month; or one per week, or one per day, and if all else fails, no more
than one per meal
#7 Milk is for baby cows!Tip: Humans use breast milk or formula for good reason
Always minimize dairy .
Use soy products instead. Most humans are unknowingly allergic to dairy, and many are
allergic to soy as well
#8 Mom and Dad taught: You cannot have
whatever you ask for,
including food.
Tip: To be healthy you must eat healthy. She
also said: “Quit pouting”!
#9 Mom taught, “That fruit is too much for you”
Tip: Select fruit that is naturally portion controlled. Eat no more than 2 pieces per day, then as you would
eat dessert. If it is too large to fit in your mouth, you probably should skip it .LOL
#9 Popeye was right! Eat your spinach
#10: Dad taught, “Eat your vegetables like Popeye”
Tip: Every meal, including breakfast must include a protein and a vegetable
#11 Don’t be greedy
TIP: Plan activities first; the menu second
#12 Didn’t you hear?, Babies do not like alcohol
Tip: That’s all we are going to say about that! LOL
#13 Don’t leave the house without taking
your vitamins.
Tip: Then you grew up and decided you
didn’t like pills
