Indian Cancer Society is the oldest Cancer NGO in India, founded in 1951 in Mumbai and 1983 in Delhi. Our objective is to provide awareness and education, as well as high quality low cost cancer screening. Our volunteers visit patients at hospitals to offer emotional support and financial assistance to the deserving.

CORPORATE CHALLENGE II– Corporate donating Rs.2.5lakhs for a team of 25

I PLEDGE – Individual raising donations in any amount

YOUTH CHALLENGE – Students of educational institutions raising a cumulative amount of Rs. 50,000

DREAM MAKER

DREAM MAKER

Is an individual who commits to raise a minimum of INR 1.5 Lakhs for hisor her chosen charity or issue through the ADHM 2013.

Registration process1. Choose your charity.2. Fill the Dream maker registration form and the event entry form.

These can be downloaded from www.concernindiafoundation.org/adhm13.

3. Make a non-refundable contribution of INR 7,500 in the name of Concern India Foundation.( This amount will be considered as part of the qualifying threshold of INR 1.50 lakhs)

4. Submit a passport size photo and a brief write up of the runner.

DREAM MAKER

• The write up and photograph will be used to promote the dream maker and the charity of their choice.•The form and cheque is to be deposited at –

DREAM CHALLENGER

Is an Individual who is deeply committed to raising large sums for charity through the marathon.

Under dream challenger he/she commits to raising a minimum of Rs 4 lakhs or more.

Registration processFill the registration and the event entry form, which can be downloaded fromwww.concernindiafoundation.org/adhm13.

An upfront non refundable contribution of INR 20,000 in the name of Concern India Foundation is to be given. This amount will be considered as part of the qualifying threshold of INR 4 lakhs.

DREAM CHALLENGER

A soft and a hard copy of the passport size photograph of the runner along with a brief write up about the Dream Challenger and the NGO he /she supports.

28th October 2013 Last date for Dream Team registration.

31st October 2013 Last date for completing minimum target

31st December 2013 Last date for pledges to come in.

Important Point

Incase minimum targets of Dream maker or Dream Challenger is not met by 31st October 2013 he or she will be allowed to run as part of I Pledge

. Special privileges to the Dream teamers will be revoked and after deducting the non refundable deposits the money they have raised will go the charity they support.

Being struck with cancer can drain families emotionally and financially.

80% of cancers can be eliminated with effective prevention. Prevention is inexpensive in the light of the burden of disease imposes on a country’s medical system and its potential to aggravate poverty.

Indian Cancer Society - Delhi advocates awareness and early screening to be able to tackle cancer efficiently and effectively.

Funds raised by Indian Cancer Society through the marathon will go towards -Spreading awareness among the massesPreventive screening . Medical ( chemotherapy and radiotherapy) assistance to patients .
