Provide technical expertise and support to Rotarians planning and implementing TRF grant projects around the world
The Purpose of the Cadre
• Ensure stewardship of grant funds
• Assist the Trustees • Advise Rotarians
• Grant application and project advising
• Site Visits, Audits and Project Evaluation
Cadre Activities
Cadre members offer grant application guidance and assistance with:• Community Assessments• Monitoring and Evaluation• Rotary Grant model • Sustainable project planning
Grant Application and Project Advising
Cadre members spend about 3 days on site • Meet with:– Rotarian grant sponsors– Community members– Partnering organizations
• Observe project implementation• Share knowledge, best practices and
provide feedback

2. In terms of experiences Serving in several NGOs excellent development programs in health, disease prevention,
education, and community development innovative programs based on comprehensive need analysis,
theory of change, solution design and implementation, evaluation and monitoring, and replication of successful models.

How are you most effective/helpful to TRF or Rotary club?
Project site the city are still under construction. Meeting with the local Rotarians, NGO- Tohoku Relief 311, Senator from theMeeting with the local Rotarians, NGO- Tohoku Relief 311, Senator from the government Legislatives Board who take care of maternal and child unit. Main discuss emphasize on sustainability of the project.

Interviewed the beneficiaries and listened to their point of view towards a “Maternal and Child care center ”. Listening to their opinion, suggestions, what and how they are helped by this project and introducing them to Rotary.
