• Enhancement of quality of life, and may also positively influence the course of illness

• This concept allow retirees to purchase their own homes which are then programmatically tied together by the community sponsor or developer

• The sponsor in this case can offer a wide range of services which might include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Healthcare• Maintenance• Activities• Meal Programs• Long Term Care Insurance
