A ‘Swachhata Index’ for every building/ premise will be used to monitor their cleanliness.

The objective of the Swachhata Index is also to define a set of standards that can be

used to measure the cleanliness of these areas.

How To Assess?:

SANITATION INDEX• Ensure Reaching Blue/Green Zone; sanitation index above 3.

• Prepare your building inventory.

• Prepare Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC); prepare standard operating

procedures for cleaning of toilets.

• Internal, inter department / organization assessment & Social Audit
