SPOCS consortium consisted of 33 partners from 16 Member States (MS)
of the EU:

Malta, United Kingdom, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovenia, Sweden
– Universities
– IT service providers
– Private entities
Romania's participation in SPOCS consortium
o Romania was represented in SPOCS by :
National Institute for Research - Development in
Informatics (ICI Bucharest) with support from the
Romanian national Ministry of Communications
and Information Society (MCSI).
