• Founded in 2011 by Andreas Viestad

• An old farm from theearly 18th century in themiddle of Oslo

• Non profit foundation• Goal: To make as many

children as possibleenjoy food that doesthem well

Activities: 2: Cooking courses

• More than 2000 pupils from Oslo schools every year• Teaching ”food and health”• Different offerings:

• One-day courses like ”edible mathematics” or ”Sami food”• Week-long courses (Monday to friday), teaching food and health• Edible science: Classes make four visits to us, one for every season.• Introduction classes with newly arrived younger asylm seekers

The municipality keeps wanting more. Why?
