Bonzer Valentine's Day Cocktail Guide
AXIS KISS
Crème de Cassis(5 ml)
Amaretto(5 ml)
Chilled Champagne(75 ml)
Crème de Cassis(5 ml)
Chilled Champagne(75 ml)
Ice
Chill your glass.Pour the Amaretto and Crème de Cassis into a Champagne flute. Gently top up with Champagne and stir.Serve.

Chambord Raspberry(15 ml)
White Chocolate(15 ml)

Ice
Chill your Martini glass.Rim glass with grated white chocolate.Fill Boston Shaker with ice and pour over vodka, white chocolate liqueur and Chambord.Shake and strain into white chocolate rimmed Martini glass.Serve.
Bonzer pourer, Bonzer measuring thimble, Ice scoop, Boston Shaker,
Hawthorne strainer.

White Rum (35 ml)
Lime Juice (25 ml)
Strawberry Liqueur(5ml)
Ice
Chill Martini glass.Place the strawberries, sugar, rum, strawberry liqueur and lime juice into the base of a Boston shaker and muddle with a Bonzer muddler.Pour in a scoop of ice and shake well .Strain shaken mixture into a Martini glass using a HaHawthorne strainer.Garnish with ½ a strawberry.Serve.
