Bonzer Christmas Cocktail Guide
RASPBERRY MARTINI FIZZ
Martini Rosso (25 ml)
Gin (25 ml)
Prosecco or Sparkling Wine(125 ml)
Ice
Chill your Champagne glasses using a Bonzer Instant Glass Froster or in the fridge.Spoon ½ tsp of icing sugar into the Champagne glass.Pour over the Martini and gin, mix with a bar spoon and add 3 frozen raspberries.Top up with the chilled sparkling wine.SerServe.

Prepare a tumbler glass with orange & apple wedges, ice and a cinnamon stick.Pour Pimm’s and Brandy over the ice and other ingredients.Top up with apple juice.Serve.

Half ‘n’ half (50 ml)
White Creme de Cacao (25 ml)
Grenadine (12,5 ml)
Peppermint Schnapps(25 ml)
Vodka (25 ml)
Ice
Shake the vodka, Schnapps, Grenadine and Creme de Cacao with ice in a Boston shaker.Rim a cocktail glass with crushed hard peppermint candy.Pour the shaken mixture into a Martini glass using the Hawthorne Strainer.Top it off with half ‘n’ half.Serve.
