Conclusion • Update farming systems spatial characterization and classification
tool has recently been developed for the Sub-Saharan African region to inform science leader and policy makers.
WAY FORWARDS• Have policy making units in the relevant Ministries
We should make sure: Be pro- active in reaching out to the policy makers ,each Country
independently, particularly planning units
Have simple flyers on the use
Go down to the Country level and adopt its application to planning for initiation and development
