SOURCES: from the end of the book (some already listed in the text and so not repeated here). It would be possible to make a hundred page book of sources useful for ZCL. Here are a few. Some of these books I own and some are obtainable from a library sometimes using their exchange service with other libraries. Some are out of print. Look for out-of -print books on the internet, at garage sales and at flea markets where, following good ZCL practice, many of my books were obtained for a dollar or two. Most magazines, web sites and books used as references in this book are already described right in the text so to avoid repetition and save space I have not included most of them here.
