SCRIPT

Narrator 1: Once upon a time, there was a lion taking a nap in his den.

Lion: ZZZZZZZZZZZZZagrrrrrrrrr, ZZZZZZZZZ

Narrator 2: When suddenly, a group of mice appeared near by in the forest.

Mouse 1: Come on, children!!!! Quickly!

Mouse 2: Yes, come on babies!!!!

Mouse 3: (yawns) Aumnnnnn! I´m very tired……

Mouse 4: Me too!! (yawns)Aumnnnnnn!

Mouse 1: Ok, We can stop now and We´ll sleep here!!

Mouse 2: Look! There´s a den. Come on!!!

Mouse 3: Yes, It´s fantantic!!!

Mouse 4: Yes! And tomorrow, we can continue with our trip.

Narrator 3: So, the mice went into the den, and they started to play and sing loudly.

Mice 1, 2, 3 & 4: lalalalalalalalalala!, one, two, three……..jajajajiijijiji!!…..

Mouse 1: Be careful!! Listen! …...... Who is it?

Mousses 1, 2,3 & 4: It´s a LION!!!!!!!!! ( Ahhahahahahahaah!!!!)

Narrator 4: The lion wakes up and yawns!!!!!( With sound)

Lion: Ahhhhhhh!!!! I love sleeping.

Narrator 5: Then suddenly, the lion saw something in his den, and said:

Lion: What´s happening? Who has come into my home?

Narrator 1: The lion was scared, and started to scream…..

Lion: Go away! Whoever you are leave me alone! …..oh some one help me....help me...help me!!! …..please!!!!!

Narrator 2: Then a pack of foxes casually passed by !!!!! A mother fox and her cubs.

Fox 1: Come on, children!!

Fox 2: Mum, it´s raining!!

Fox 3: Oh no! We have to stop now!!!

Fox 4: Yes, please! I'm hungry. I´m very very hungry!! And you?

Fox 5: Yes, me too !!! Ñam,ñam, ñam….

Fox 2: OK mum! Can we look for food around here?

Mummy fox: to 2, 3, 4 & 5: Ok, see you soon!!

Narrator 3: Afterwards, mother fox decided to stop at a den……..

Fox 1: Come on children! It´s o.k.! We ´ll sleep in this den. Quickly! It´s raining a lot!

Narrator 4: But…..to their surprise, when they saw the lion screaming in the corner of the den…

Lion: NO, no, no please!!!!! Go away! Please don´t hurt me!!!!!

Narrator 5: The mice screamed, too!!!

Mice 1, 2, 3, & 4: Oh, no!! The lion will eat us!!

Fox 1: I can't believe it! Sush a strong and fierce animal of the jungle is afraid of four helpless mice!

Narrator 1: The lion came down from the rock and said:

Lion: I´m not afraid!!!!!! And to prove it, I'll let you all go.

Mouse 1: Thanks, Mr. Lion

Mouse 2: Thank you very much, Mr. Lion!!!!!

Mouse 3: We are sorry! This won't happen again! We promise.

Mice 1, 2, 3 & 4: Thanks a lot, Mr. Lion!!!! See you soon!!!

Lion: jajajajaajajajaajaja…….Yes, yes……sure!!! Byebye!!

Narrator 2: A few days after……In the palace…….

( Prince also appears)

The Queen: Oh! My dear husband!

The King: My lovely wife!

The Queen: Do you remember? Next week is the first birthday of our wonderful son!

The King: Yes…. It´s true. I know!

The Queen: Well, I would like to have a very special gift!

The King: o.k.! I'll call my best hunters of the palace……..and

( thinking………) They will have to hunt the most beautiful and fierce animal of the jungle……

The Queen: Which is it?

The King: THE LION

The Queen: I think, it´s a lovely gift.

Narrator 3: The four hunters start to find the lion in the jungle.

Hunter 1: I think that it´s not an easy task. But, we´ll try.

Hunter 2: Look! There's a den, come here!!!

Hunter 3: Be careful….. What is that noise?

Lion: Zhzhzhzhzhzhzhzhzhzzh……

Hunter 4: Shhhhh! Look, It´s the LION!

Hunter 1: Is he sleeping????

Hunter 2: Yessssss. We have the opportunity to capture him.

Hunter 3: Okay one, two, three…. Now!!!!

Hunter 4: He´s very heavy. We should bring something to transport him.

Hunters 1, 2,3& 4: Okay, Quickly, before we wake him up!!!

Narrator 4: When the lion woke up , he saw that he was trapped and he couldn´t move. And he started to shout……

Lion: Help, help, please!!!!!

Narrator 5: and by chance the mice were passing by....

Mouse 1: Shshshshs! Silence. What is it?

Mouse 2: It seems someone is screaming!

Mouse 3: The noise is coming from the den! What do we do?

Mouse 4: It´s the lion´s den!!! It's dangerous!!!!

Lion: Please..!!!! I´m stuck, I need help!!!!

Mouse 1: Lets go and see whats happening!!! Come on!!!

Narrator 1: When they went in the den, they saw a trapped and terrified lion.

Mouse 2: We have to do something! We must help him!

Mouse 3: We must keep our promise.

Mouse 4: We can bite through the strings!

Mouse 1: It´s a good idea!!!! come on! Lets Bite quickly...

(they knaw though the ropes)

Lion: Thank you very much mice!!!! The other day I never thought you could help me because I´m the biggest and strongest animal in the jungle. But today you have proved that you are as strong as me.Thanks guys, you're very brave.
