Welcome to Navigating the Admin Portal!!! Now that you are securing locations to host your events, the next step is posting those events on the Plant Nite website right away for customers to purchase tickets!

Along with this presentation, you should have an email granting you access to the Plant Nite admin panel. Take a few minutes to review this presentation that guides you through that portal. You will learn how to create profiles for your staff, your venues and then post events that will go live to the Plant Nite website.

You are welcome to review this presentation as many times as youd like before adding information about your first 10 events.

Navigating the Admin Portal

Attention:

At this time we are using an older version of our portal while a newer version is being created! Until the new admin portal is complete, some features may load slowly.

Before we head into the portal, please note that we are using an older version of the admin portal at this time. Our tech team is hard at work creating the newest version for you to use in the coming months that will have all the bells and whistles you could ever want. But until that version is released, this one will still share all your information with customers on our public facing site.2

If you need something removed, [email protected]

Whileinputting information into the admin portal, its important to remember two things: 1) that the Delete button should never be used, and 2) all input and changes are immediately live to the public site.

You can change and re-save information, but if you need to remove a profile, location or other information, pleasecontact the support team at support@ and theyll be happy to make the appropriate changes for you.

If you have to make an event change like moving the location or an arrangement change, you will need to email all attendees first which you can find their contact information in your event profile.3
