It was developed by Torus Games. The game can be played on different consoles like; Wii, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2, Microsoft Windows etc. the game is distributed by media like DVD, Wii Optical Disc, Nintendo DS Game Card etc. The story is based upon a group of friends who solve different mysterious, ones that no one has attempted to solve. There are five characters in the game Fred (a teenage boy), Daphne (a teenage girl), Velma (a teenage nerd type of girl), Shaggy (a teenage boy), and Scooby Doo (A dog of breed “the Great Dane”). The story starts when Daphne announces that gang promised Anna (Daphne’s cousin) that they will help her in the musical contest at the high school. They planned to make it quick because after that they have to go and join a food festival. As they reach the high school things take a big turn. The come to know about a phantom that roams in the high school harming the musical room and haunting the musicians in the high school.

The gang plans on finding that who is the actual person behind the all that phantom drama.

The gang collects clues to find the phantom. They are several times chased by the phantom. The gang tries to take help of the people or the teacher of the high school but before they could get any answers the phantom abducts them. Many strange things happen sometimes the gang is chased by giant toy robots, sometimes by skeletons and sometimes by other creatures. The game is all in the high school. It is all about finding the clues to discover the real faces of the villains, so that there Is no terror left of them.

The gameplay is forthright, with 22 levels and 4 chapters. We chose to be any character it can Fred, Velma, Daphne, Scooby Doo and Shaggy. Scooby has a sausages string to hit with, capability to climb vents and blocking skill. Shaggy has blocking ability; he carries a sling shot and a yo-yo to tackle with. Velma has blocking aptitude; she can throw books and she even galvanizes machines. Daphne has hand to hand battle, flying kick and can climb up poles. Fred has hand to hand combat, stagger bombs and a super forte to push crates. Each level has a clue at the end of every chapter we get to think that, who the actual villain is; based upon the proof that we have gathered. We can get awards for performing certain tasks.

The game gives the players thrills and Goosebumps by thinking that what is going to happen next. It is a game of sense a person who has a good sense would not face any kind of difficulty in passing a specific level.
