When You used to click the HELP button in the game, a new tab would be

launching the Helpdesk and you would auto login.

With the new RockYou Support Page this isn’t the case for many players.

After some fiddling with it the reason for it is simple.

If your current Password in the game (Fb or WonderHill) does not adhere to the

Zendesk standards it is refused until you change it to meet the standards.

So, you need a new password then if you are unable to login. Here are some

suggestions that can help you with CREATING a new password.

How to initiate “Change Password”?

Click the button to get a new password

Which will arrive in your email.

In the Email, there will be a link to create a new password

Click the Link and you get a New tab with an option to change the password.

When your NEW Password adheres to the new standard and all check marks are

green, then you click Change Password.

Now you will be logged in 😊

Now you can see your past activities/tickets or create a new Ticket.
