First:

I think of the coolest places in my head and I try to imagine the lighting...

And then I build them out...

I wonder around this world for a bit, thinking of the atmosphere, the building

situations... or even the mining possibilities...

second:

Then, I imagine the outer areas...

What is out there?

Who would live here?

Can I get there?

I would live here...

Third:

What can be done here?

As I explore the surface... and my mind.... for a bit...

I contemplate day and night, cool and hot... Hard at work...

Or just resting from the day!

fourth:

And as my imagination wonders...

I crawl back into the cave from which I emerged...

lastly:

I create HOME...

in all sense of a foreign

escape...

Because I like to imagine such strange and wonderous worlds, I must first master my own... and painting from life

is going to be the key in doing this...
