How to Make the Best Salsa

In a blender, throw in
10-12 Habanero (also known as Scotch Bonnet) chiles---the hottest chiles the world on the Scovil Scale---1000 times hotter
than Jalopeños
About one (1) tablespoon Salt
A fist-full of fresh Cilantro (including stems)
8 vine ripe tomatoes(or one 16 oz. can of whole tomatoes)
Juice of one whole Lime
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are light chunks
Pour into salsa bowl (or a plastic or glass container)
Enjoy Habanero Salsaon all your favorite Mexican dishes!
