DEFENSIVE PRESET Version 2.0

“Defensive Preset Countering Horsed Troops”

With SpellCasters

An insight in a useful preset and how to use it

Page 2: Defensive Preset Countering Horsed Troops (with SpellCasters) Version 2

Why This Preset ?

IN general when Hussars , Hcav, LCav & Siegewalls are incoming then most likely

they will switch to a Defense + Attack Debuff Preset. Sometimes with (high)

combatspeed buff as well.

We refer to this as “The TANK” . and it’s used in many forms.

In this tutorial we will defend with 500k Catas and 200k Shield Sorcerers which are

troops that can be obtained by any player by simply training them. The Level of the

cards is around MT 21 but mostly 20’s. Again obtainable levels for most.

I used 2 presets in this tutorial , you can see them in the reports as well.

Just highlighting above some stats, Attack, Defense Debuff & Spellpower.

Life Debuff, Range in buff & debuff , Accuracy in buff & debuff, etc all important

stats as well.

I have below Boosts on + Wood Guardian

Example 1: Defending with Catas + Siegewalls ( Both Sacrificed)

Here I defended with Higher defense debuff + some Siegewalls . This is an option as

well. Just wanted to show you as well that Shield Sorcerers do well too.

Let’s see that in the next reports…

The Champ 1) Equip your best champ for any Battle. 2) But if the attacker is NOT sending a Champ then you MUST equip a

Champ with a lot of TROOP stats instead of Champ Stats. See below the

TROOP stats are highlighted. 3) IN this case these Troop stats from the Champ are important and will

help this preset greatly. You debuff even more DEFENSE & your RANGE

increases. This is a Champ every player can make. Since it doesn’t have to

battle another Champ, it will always WIN!

REMEMBER, this is a TEMPLATE, you can

enhance the Preset yourself with more DEFENSE DEBUFF, RANGE either with different

TR items or upgrading current items to higher level.

Observe what your attacker uses. Many players send out

many Cav runs for Astones and just for fun.

Make sure YOUR attack does NOT get debuffed.

Always use your BOOST’s

Always USE you Wood Guardian On Defense

SACRIFICE Your defending TROOPS, in this case Catas

and Shield Sorcerers.

Thanks To Gunther, NosPower, Lion_O, & Rumrunner for testing

various Horsed troops / Defense runs.

Thank You

: Sharing is knowledge, and a lot of players are not sharing. Yes it

gives you and edge, or advantage, but it leaves also many people clueless. The

objective of these tutorials, is to teach, learn, educate players so ALL players have a

better under understanding of the game. The more players participate, the better

the overall experience is for all players. More attacking and defending means

“lively” domains full of activity.
