Food & Beverages C-Squared (C ) will feature the spices and tropical flavors of the Carribean Island of Jamaica. The menu consists of traditional and non-traditional cusine. It’s specifically designed to tantalize taste buds.

Open seven days a week, C will be serving lunch and dinner daily. On Saturday & Sunday there will be brunch. Produce is farm-to-table and the deserts are prepared onsite, daily.

The FuseFix

FuseFixe is a unique pre-fix menue. Daily the chef selects 6 small plates comprised of appetizers, entrees and dessert.

Live Music

Gallery Quality Artwork will be on display in the venue for a six week period of time. Afteward, new art peices and artist are featured.

C plans on partnering with schools, art galleries and museums to select the exhibition pieces. Our goal is to constantly provide appealing visual stimulation for our clients to enhance the dining experience. If drawn to a specific piece, we will provide an opportunity for the customer to add it to their personal collection.

The bar has its own small plates menu designed to complement the signature cocktails.

Signature cocktails include: White Label Rum Punch, AST (adult Shirley Temple) a varity of Tropical Mojitos and a Herb infused limoncello Martini.

Open seven days week, the bar features signature alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails, beer on tap and wine by the bottle, glass or flight.
