The first stage of producing a cut profile is to create a CAD digital image called a DXF file.

This is generally sent electronically to a sub contractor to produce the components on your behalf .

Using our easy to use software simply import the dxf file from its saved location.

We give you the option to import a dxf file or just add your own dimensions to our 80 component parametric shape library

We can also give you the option to either cut or etch the profile .

Select how many components, what material and how thick the material is

If you want to include another shape repeat the import process .

Our software generates a data sheet, showing the correct consumables to use, as well as material usage, scrap, and plasma cutting times.

Using the Pre Installed Mach III software load the tap file Make sure your material is loaded on the table bed, the correct plasma
