To invite tenders from the contractors for the construction work and award the contract

To prepare contract document, to be signed by the client and the contractor

Construction StageThis stage involves the execution of

construction work as per the design, drawing and within agreed limits of time, cost and specified quality

- Plant and Machinery schedule

Control of : - Supply of materials and equipments

- supervision for quality control
