WORKS INVOLVED

o Co-operate with the Client’s/Consultant’s safety representative attending of weekly H.S.E meeting with client.

o Hazard identification, safety inspections & suggesting remedial measures

o Designing & conducting various Safety Trainings, Inductions to new Workers on site, Tool Box Talks, and safety campaign.

o Conduct periodically inspection of Power tools, Lifting Accessories, Fire Devices, Scaffolds, Ladders & maintaining proper records

o Conduct Fire Emergency Drill periodically & ensure that all Fire Watches are carrying out their duties properly

o To arrange Hot Work Permits & Confined Space Entry Permitso Carry out regular (LPI) Loss Prevention Inspectionso To prepare (MIS) Management Information System reports on site

safety (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reportso To Investigate Accidents / Near Misses / Fire Accidents, etc. & report

labor.o Acting as the contractor’s representative on HSE matters for

coordinating and conducting weekly site inspections.o Attending weekly company progress client meeting.o Undertaking daily HSE inspections ensuring follow- up and

rectification of detected irregularities. o Prepare weekly & monthly HSE performance measurement reports.o Responsible for coordinating with the Client & Consultant on safety

observations and violations and ensuring that any matters are closed out.

o Investigating accidents/incidents and preparation of the reports for the management review.

o Maintain safety signage on site.o Conduct Fire Emergency Drills periodically.o Conduct periodically inspections of Power tools, Lifting Accessories,

Fire Devices, Scaffolds, Ladders & maintaining proper records.o Periodical update & implementation of Site Emergency procedures.o Check the Serviceability & Operation of Fire Detection & Fire
