YouTube.
“How It’s Made Chains” has wracked up 2,610,810 views since it was posted about a year ago.
I’d say a few people already think
manufacturing is pretty cool.
Before you can think about making
Manufacturing cool…you have to let
students know what it’s all about
Get involved in student robotics programs.
Robotics clubs need: • Funds • Mentors • Volunteers • Supplies
Who knows…you might just find some great interns.
Manufacturing companies could also arrange field trips.
Create classroom demonstrations
for STEM students.
Participate in Career Days.
Promote student & teacher involvement
in Manufacturing trade shows
Invite them to hang out in your
booth.
Give them a taste of what it takes to get a
job in manufacturing.
Show them all the
opportunities available to
them.
Create cool content.
