FlowMaster helps us to perform hydraulic calculations for dozens of element types, from pipes and open channels to drop inlets and weirs.
• Solve for any unknown property• Design for any desired characteristic • Produce detailed reports and rating curves on the fly• FlowMaster improves design productivity, ultimately saving project costs.
FLOWMASTER• FlowMaster’s interface is simple enough to be the easiest model
and as well as so powerful and can be solve real problems in just minutes.
• Pressure pipe designPerform a quick check or design by plugging in the known information and automatically solving for pipe length, start-and-stop elevations and pressures, discharge, diameter, and roughness.
• Inlet hydraulicsDesign and analyse gate, curb, ditch, slotted and combination inlets using calculations based on the FHWA Federal Highway Administration Hydraulic Engineering Circular No. 12 and Circular No. 22 methodologies.
FLOWMASTER
• Open channel hydraulicsDesign and analyse channels, ditches, and free surface pipes of any shape including circular, box, elliptical, parabolic, and irregular channels.
• Weir and orifice modellingSize weirs considering discharge, weir coefficients, and crest, headwater, and tail water elevations for the following types: rectangular, V-notch, Cipolletti, broad crested, or custom size.
CAPABILITIES
Calculate hydraulics• Quickly perform hydraulic calculations for dozens of hydraulic element types,
from pipes and open channels to inlets and weirs.
Interpret and present modeling results• View detailed tables, reports, rating curves, and more, that show results of
the hydraulic calculations performed.
SEWERCAD• Thousands of utilities and engineering
firms around the world trust SewerCAD for sanitary sewer modelling and design to minimize capital investments.
SEWERGEMS(SEWER MANAGEMENT)
• SewerGEMS streamlines the modelling process, so more time for solving wastewater engineering problems, such as improving capacity and limiting sewer overflows, which ultimately enable utilities to comply with sewer regulations set by regulatory agencies.
• For more than three decades, SewerGEMS has provided utilities and wastewater professionals with advanced engineering tools to plan, design, maintain, and operate sanitary and combined sewer systems, including:
• Engineering decision guidance tools: SewerGEMS’ , scenario management tools to gain a better understanding of the behaviour of wastewater system, improving decision making and response time.
• Improved model accuracy: • A well calibrated model decreases the risks of making poor decisions by ensuring
that the model uses the best available data. • SewerGEMS calibration tools such as SCADA (supervisory control and data
acquisition) integration enable engineer to rely on his model results.
SewerGEMS(sewer management)
SEWERGEMS(SEWER MANAGEMENT)
• Increased information mobility:
• SewerGEMS’ full GIS, CAD, and SCADA interoperability enables the cost-effective sharing and flow of information between utilities’ design, engineering, GIS, and operation departments, and their consultants.

CIVILSTORM
• Storm water systems can be very complex to model, with flow backups and reversals, surcharged pipes, and more. CivilStorm is one solution for all your storm water modeling needs.
• Detect system bottlenecks, improve capacity, and limit storm water flooding, so you can comply with storm water regulations
• Minimize capital investments on your infrastructure with optimized network designs and master plans for your entire system.
CIVILSTORM• CivilStorm performs analysis of all aspects of storm water systems: rainfall, runoff, inlet
capture and bypass, gravity and pressure piping, ponds, outlet structures, open channels, culverts, and more. It provides:
• Comprehensive storm water modeling: Analyze pressure and free-surface flow conditions for networks of channels and closed conduits; model complex pond outlets for a variety of tail water conditions; and use weirs, orifices, culverts, risers, and inlet boxes in your design.
• Effortless design: CivilStorm recommends the most cost-effective pipe sizes and invert elevations, while meeting design restrictions. It guides you through the complex pond and outlet design process and streamlines complicated culvert hydraulics.
• Streamlined model building and management: Leverage and import virtually any external data format to jump-start the model. Then, manipulate the model data effectively, with the ability to use a multitude of data entry and model editing tools that simplify and shorten the modeling process.
• CivilStorm is a superset of StormCAD and a subset of SewerGEMS.

RESERVOIR SIMULATION SOFTWARE
BOAST - BLACK OIL APPLIED SIMULATION TOOL (BOAST)
• Boast is an IMPES numerical simulator (finite-difference implicit pressure-explicit saturation) which finds the pressure distribution for a given time step first then calculates the saturation distribution for the same time step isothermal.
• The last release was in 1986 but it remains as a good simulator for educational purposes.
MRST - THE MATLAB RESERVOIR SIMULATION TOOLBOX (MRST)
The toolbox consists of two main parts: a core offering basic functionality and single and two-phase solvers, and a set of add-on modules offering more advanced models, viewers and solvers.
MRST is mainly intended as a toolbox for rapid prototyping and demonstration of new simulation methods and modeling concepts on unstructured grids.
Despite this, many of the tools are quite efficient
and can be applied to surprisingly large and complex models
