Currently working on Operation and Maintenance of up to 34MW Thermal power plant, Electrical MCC/PCC Panels, Distr. Transformer, VFD Application of Convertor Transformer, 110/11KV Switchyard Single bay consisting of 42MVA Generator Transformer for Power export to KPTCL. Experience in Operation and Maintenance of 7000 TCD (Tons Crushing/Day) Sugar Plant and 1250 TCD (Tons Crushing/Day) Sugar Plant.

Handling experience up to 34MW Turbo Generator (Make: TDPS, BHEL), Testing and Commissioning Knowledge of DG Sets (2 x 1250KVA, 250 KVA), HT& LT Motors, Motor Protection Relays and Generator Protection Relays, Control system in various panels like VFD, AC & DC Drives and Distributed Control System. Project Planning, Management, and Arc-flash Assessment Studies using ETAP Power Analysis Tool.

Project Title: A Novel technique of AC power control by using microcontroller based inverter.

Project Description:

The speed in RPM [Rotation per Minute] is entered through the keyboard and corresponding to the key pressed, digital equivalent of that RPM is stored in memory. Through speed sensor, speed of the AC motor is sensed and the analog output given by the sensor is converted to digital data.
