2. AUTO BACKWASH FILTER There are many reasons customers are

3. AUTO BACKWASH FILTER Self-cleaning filters represent the
ideal situation and provide the most productive and labor free
solution. Energy Progress Inc. This is achieved by using normal
shop air to create the shear velocity needed to effectively clean
the filter with only the clean liquid inside each housing.
4. AUTO BACKWASH FILTER Here are some of detailed views of Auto
Backwash Filter Of Energy Progress Inc. Fluid is introduced through
the bottom of the filter housing. It is then forced through a
filter element where the contaminant is captured inside surface of
the filter. The clean fluid exits through the outlet. A controller
monitors the differential pressure across the filter. When enough
contaminant collects on the element and the differential pressure
reaches a pre-selected point (^P), the backwash sequence is
initiated. The backwash is accomplished by automatically shocking
the filter with water which lasts approximately 2-3 seconds. An
automatic arm which rotates the motor mounted on the top, does this
process in order to backwash the filter element. When the backwash
operation is completed, the system retains always on-line, and the
whole cycle begins again.

the key. Actuator can also be operated manually , as shown in fig.3
